Weight your words Arts Didier De Masso |
Following my thoughts in my last post on light (http://didier-demasso.blogspot.com/2014/04/light-is-colour-little-steps-from.html) I started to wonder on the weigh that words have for us and those who listen to us uttering them. As we grow, we certainly come across a variety of word-experiences some of which are so much influential that all our lives become conditioned by them. It is interesting that these words remain within us for as long as we live. Like a nucleus we would gravitate around them
It will be simple for you to try and imagine the amount of words that you have come across that have made you feel bad or good. Words you would never want to see or listen and words you d love to see and listen. In my former thoughts , I sincerely though that the word "light " has just two meanings in the English language. it was not out of just mere ignorance at that time it was revealing of my deep inclination to the meaning of light at that time. Light is light I said . But light is not always light as it all depends at the end on how we see, or experience the words we have come across.
The weigh that words have for us depends on how we were brought up and how we decided individually to move with them. What is interesting is that words are alive..No word is really therefore light as such. Each word no matter how simple it is linked to who we are really.
There seems to be a word , or words we keep within us that weigh...That weigh !
